Job Description
Eurofins Eaton Analytical, LLC is the largest potable water-testing laboratory in the US, with over 100,000 combined square feet of laboratory space and nearly 200 qualified staff at our California and Indiana facilities. We recognize water quality to be critical to public health protection,whether in water supplies or as a component of food and beverages. With our continued investment in emerging contaminant analyses and the ability to meet ever-more stringent standards, Eurofins Eaton Analytical provides clients with a trusted laboratory partner that can respond to their needs 24/7 from multiple locations. Eurofins Eaton Analytical, LLC is seeking to add an Account Manager assigned to perform Sales duties in our West (US) Regional Sales Territory.
Account Manager Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:
· Identifying, qualifying and closing potential customers,
· Managing a sales pipeline and spending budget,
· Coordinating response to quote and proposal requests,
· Visiting current and potential customers,
· Attending regional and national industry conferences,
· Participating on industry committees,
· Making technical presentations and attending sales meetings
· Responsibilities will also include collaborating with Project Managers, as well as
developing and maintaining a working knowledge of our firm, our customers and our
laboratory operation. The primary target customer sectors shall include public water
agencies, commercial laboratory partners, water quality consultants and Federal/State
government entities.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate would possess:
· Professional, knowledgeable, confident and friendly demeanor
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills
· Good computer, Word and Excel skills
· Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Basic Minimum Qualifications:
· Bachelor's degree
· Proven record of accomplishment (at least 5 years) working with customers in a sales or
customer service role.
· Commercial Laboratory or the Water Industry experience desired but not required.
· Willingness to travel approximately 8-10 days per month
· Must be located near a major airport within the described territory.
· Authorization to work in the United States indefinitely without restriction or sponsorship
Position is full-time, Monday-Friday, 8 a.m.-5 p.m., with overtime as needed. Candidate will work from a home office covering the West sales territory comprising; CO, WA, OR, NV, ID, UT, MT, WY and AK. Candidate must be located within driving distance from a major airport located in CO,WA or OR.
