Job Description

We are seeking immediate talent in support of our Group Leader teams to help make our world a safer place. In this role, the most important responsibility is to lead a team while fostering morale and teamwork. We are seeking any and all candidates with their Bachelors, Masters and/or a Post Doctorial with a life science degree in chemistry, biology, biochemistry or related sciences and at least 3 years of related work experience.

Our team members all share a positive attitude, problem solving abilities and patience, enabling them to provide excellent customer service and quality even during fast-paced shifts. We are currently seeking candidates who are more than willing to step up and ensure adherence to the highest quality and efficiency standards within laboratory operations. Already having experience performing physical, chemical and instrumental analysis and having experience with various chromatographic systems, UV/Spec, various wet chemistry analyses, HPLC, IC, IR is a huge plus! In this position we are looking for individuals that are able to: 

  • Perform physical, chemical, and instrumental analysis of active pharmaceutical ingredients
  • Performing stability and release testing in support of large molecule biopharmaceutical product
  • Perform/Review Method Development & Validation
  • Extractables & Leachable Testing
  • Lab Data Review
  • Understanding of Protein/Chemistry Related Techniques and dissolution apparatus
  • Preparing samples for analysis and running some instrumentation with minimum supervision
  • Set up and validate new analytical or related processes used by the department
  • Carry out feasibility studies and method transfers
  • Troubleshoot method and instrumentation problems
  • Prepare standards and samples for analysis
  • Execute method transfer protocols
  • Document work as required for GMP compliance
  • Perform monthly maintenance of laboratory equipment

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in chemistry, biology or other related degree concentration, or equivalent directly-related experience
  • Previous experience within industry not necessary
  • Authorization to work in the United States indefinitely without restriction or sponsorship
