Job Description

Our Indianapolis site is hiring for various positions, both skilled and entry-level! If you do not possess a scientific background or do not have interest in bench work, we also have a variety of entry-level administrative openings! 

 

Entry Level Roles:

  • Lab Sample and Data Review Specialist
    • Is bench-work not your thing?  Are you looking for a lab-adjacent role that supports those who are performing hands-on scientific work? We have an entry-level position available that would be a great fit for those who want to be involved with bettering the health and well-being of our society through medicine, but may not have the experience or interest in operating scientific instruments!
      • Duties include shipping and storing samples, aliquoting samples, and handling controlled substances.
  • Asset Management Specialist
    • We are seeking candidates with an interest in Asset Management who are experienced in using data systems, have strong computer and organizational skills, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills. A Bachelor’s degree is required.
      • Duties include interfacing with clients to provide asset management and data management services. This individual will collaborate with quality assurance on the “in/out” process for scientific instrumentation. Accurate instrument files must also be maintained, which include work orders, qualifications records, etc.
  • Project Specialist
    • We are seeking individuals with a Bachelor’s degree and excellent computer/organizational/communication skills who are interested in Project Management! Duties include piloting a new project management program to support our client’s portfolio, executing specific stages of the plans and programs, and communication with both internal and external individuals.
  • GMP Analyst
    • If you are interested in analytical testing and bench work and have relevant hands-on lab experience, this is a great opportunity to begin your scientific industry career! Industry experience with GMP is a plus, but is not required.
    • This role performs analytical testing involve capillary electrophoresis, ion chromatography, HPLC, size-exclusion chromatography, SDS Page, ELISA, bioassays, and more!

  • Experienced roles:
    • BioTrace Scientist
      • This role requires 1+ year of GMP or GLP industry experience.
        • Job duties involve PCR, ELISA, HPLC, cell culture, cell counting, and working with the LentiVirus.
    • Purification Biochemist
      • This role requires purification or AKTA experience.
        • Job duties include working with UNICORN software, AKTA, SDS Page, nanofiltration, microfiltration, and column packing.
    • Microbiologist
      • This position requires strong aseptic and pipetting skills, as well as the availability to work occasional weekends and longer shifts.
    • GMP Compliance Specialist
      • We are seeking individuals with 3+ years of GMP pharmaceutical industry experience, as well as experience training or leading others.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree

  • Positions are full-time, Monday-Friday, from 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (with the exception of the Microbiologist position).
