Job Description

  • Lead project management program to support the client’s portfolio and compliance initiatives
  • Execute specific stages of a program or plan
  • Effectively work and communicate with internal and external clients
  • Support additional client work requests as needed
  • Supervise others in performing client’s service requirements
  • Coach, train, and develop others within the group with respect to their personal development and effective implementation of operational improvements
  • Foster motivation and morale
  • Coordinate workflow and perform daily monitoring to meet timelines
  • Prepare and review job plans, conduct semiannual performance reviews, interview applicants, keep training records up to date for assigned employees, perform succession planning in preparation for growth
  • Coach and develop individuals and team to maximize performance

Qualifications

The ideal candidate would possess:

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, and possess self-motivation, adaptability, and a positive attitude
  • Ability to learn new techniques, perform multiple tasks simultaneously, keep accurate records, follow instructions, and comply with company policies
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and experience interacting with people from a wide range of skill levels and experience
  • Demonstrated ability to work as an independent, self-motivated, detail-oriented, result-driven and highly flexible team-player in a fast-paced working environment
  • Strong computer, scientific, and organizational skills (Excel, Power BI, Microsoft Project, Visio)
  • Excellent attention to detail, excellent project management skills, and ability to elevate relevant issues to project lead
  • Ability to work with internal and external clients, and possess self-motivation, adaptability, and a positive attitude
  • Ability to learn new techniques, perform multiple tasks simultaneously, keep accurate records, follow instructions, and comply with company policies
  • Strong focus on quality, teamwork, and productivity
  • Proactive, positive, solution-oriented leadership style with ability to prioritize and coordinate simultaneous projects with varying deadlines
  • Strength in employee engagement, morale, and retention 
  • Project Management Professional certification (PMP)

Basic Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Science or other related degree concentration, or equivalent directly-related experience (two years of directly related industry experience is equivalent to one full-time year of college in related major)
  • Project Management experience
  • Authorization to work in the United States indefinitely without restriction or sponsorship
