Business Unit Eurofins PROXY is part of the international operating Eurofins Scientific and is a GMP Quality Control laboratory, where analytical chemical testing of raw materials, drug substances and drug products is performed. A large part of this work comprises routine compendial testing. However, for new products, formulations or monographs clients require development or validation of analytical methods.

Job Description

In this role you are responsible for all organizational tasks regarding Stability studies. In a stability study the product is tested over time on a range of tests after being stored at different conditions. Based on this information clients can claim a certain stability of their product, which is necessary to release their products.

The studies are tracked in an information system called eLIMS and your duty is to make sure the system is up to date:

  • You ‘build’ new studies in the system to be able to track progress.
  • You prepare paper projects which reflect the tasks for the technicians.
  • You archive completed studies.
  • You draft simple protocols & reports in collaboration with Analytical Validation Managers.
  • You are in contact with clients regarding progress & delays.
  • You schedule stability studies in collaboration with the teamleaders.
  • You store & pull samples for study-activities and prepare their shipping to other locations.

Qualifications

  • You have at least a HAVO degree or similar.
  • You are enthusiastic, efficient, thorough and accurate.
  • You enjoy working in a team and you welcome and use feedback as an opportunity to learn and grow.
  • You have excellent knowledge of word processing tools and spreadsheets (MS Office Word, Excel etc.)
  • You have basic understanding of databases.
  • You are fluent in English (basic knowledge of Dutch is an advantage, but not a requirement).
  • You have a pro-active attitude.
