Job Description


Employee Responsibilities:
 

  • Perform all tasks pertaining to the mentoring, progression and performance management of employees
  • Interact with other members of the management team and other department to ensure work is performed according to Department and Company Standards
  • Ensure adherence to highest quality and efficiency standards in laboratory operations
  • Ensure coverage and performance
  • Foster morale and teamwork
  •  Ensure operating standards are met and achieved, continued to be maintained

  • Provide coaching and mentoring as needed; overseeing team by helping motivate and train staff

  • Supervise investigations and interact with Quality Assurance to efficiently and accurately complete them

- Facilitates team meetings by leading notes and agenda topics

- Oversees PTO requests within entire team and team schedules

- Able to demonstrate computer literacy

- Able to work in a fast-paced role

- Helps assign tasks as needed from management

- Coordinate activities of employees (monitoring productivity) with management’s help

- Review training records and/or work with SME on EtQ training record updates


Minimum Qualifications:

  • BS Degree 
  • At least 2 years of Leadership experience
  • Authorization to work in the United States indefinitely without restriction

 

Additional Information

Position is full-time, Monday - Friday 8:00am -4:00pm. Candidates currently living within a commutable distance of Lancaster, PA are encouraged to apply.
