Job Description
How can you contribute?
As an On-site Support Engineer at Eurofins, you will join a dynamic team to deliver support by phone and directly to the customer’s desk on location throughout the BENELUX, UK and Ireland. You will be supporting employee’s requests related to front-end systems such as desktops, laptops, fixed and mobile phones and applications, and acting as direct contact to our global IT teams which are responsible for requests relating to back-end systems, such as servers and networking. You will also have the opportunity to work on various group-level projects throughout the aforementioned working locations.

Qualifications
Are you our kind of extraordinary?
- Experience with Desktop deployments and rollouts, upgrading to latest Windows clients, SCCM & Intune;
- Experience in Office 365 environments: OneDrive, Teams etc.;
- Solid knowledge of Microsoft end-user environment (Windows 10, MS Office etc.);
- Good knowledge of mobile solution and devices (Android, iPhone, etc.);
- Basic knowledge of networking (switches / patches / IP / Subnets);
- Knowledge of Active Directory / Azure Active Directory is ideal;
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills;
- Ability to read, understand and create technical documentation of the delivered solutions;
- Ability to travel throughout BENELUX, UK or Ireland up to 20%;
- Strong English language skills (written/spoken) required. Knowledge of another language is an asset.
