EAG Laboratories (a Eurofins company), has a remote opportunity for a Collections Specialist to join the Accounting Shared Services team.

Key Responsibilities:

• High volume collections for multiple sites and legal entities
• Accounts Receivable Helpdesk – supplier information, statement requests, general inquiries
• Ad hoc individual assignments and team projects

• 2 yrs+ of Accounting or related experience
• Self-starter, proactive, organized, and ability to work independently in a remote setting
• Highly analytical and inquisitive orientation to research business issues and identify solutions
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills along with a natural desire to collaborate on teams, and provide stellar customer service
• A curiosity and passion to leverage technology; strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel

*Compensation Range: $22-$29/hour; Compensation will be commensurate with experience and location.

Bay Area-CA, Syracuse-NY & St. Louis-MO local candidates are encouraged to apply.
