You will be responsible for:

• Managing the full recruitment cycle from job postings to on-boarding
• Sourcing, screening, and recruiting top talent across a wide range of positions
• Developing and executing recruitment strategies to attract and retain the best candidates
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates
• Manage the administration of tasks across several functions 
• Process improvements, and creating and maintaining administrative systems to serve the business unit

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• A strong interest in recruitment and talent attraction
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• The ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks
• A high level of attention to detail and an eye for talent
• Fluency in German and English
• Previous experience within a recruitment environment is an advantage
