Job Description
The Group Process Transformation and Digitalisation Intern will be part of the Group Process Transformation and Digitalisation team at the head office in Brussels. The Transformation office, more widely, is an internal consulting department for the Group, aiming at streamlining, re-engineering and digitalising the group structure and all processes supporting interactions between the Group and the local entities. The Group Process Transformation and Digitalisation Team is young, international, has grown considerably over the past year, and has a high exposure within Eurofins.
In this internship, you will collaborate with key leaders from different teams. You will:
- Support the setup of the process transformation project; define the objective, list of deliverables, and associated timeline with the process owners and key users from the business;
- Diagnose the current process; identify its strengths and weaknesses, pain points, and key areas of improvements;
- Target process definition and documentation;
- Process digitalisation, in collaboration with our in-house IT Team of business analysts and developpers, defining the requirements and following up on the development of the solutions, ensuring it is completely functional;
- Deploy the new process and associated tools; define and run the change management & communication plan; train the end users, etc;
- Monitor & continuously improvethe newly deployed process and associated tools.
You will potentially work on multiple process transformation projects simultaneously, under the guidance of an Internal Consultant and a Project Manager, and, depending on the nature of the projects, work with other team members and interns.
Being part of the Eurofins Group Process Transformation and Digitalisation Team will provide invaluable experience and exposure to kick-start your career. You will support the team on a range of challenging projects, with intensive coaching. You will take on challenges as part of a multi-cultural and cross-regional team in an international and fast-growing organisation.

Duration: 6 months. Internship agreement required.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in 3rd year Bachelor’s or Master’s studies at a top Science, Engineering or Management School;
- Strong analytical skills;
- Curious and detail-oriented;
- Conceptual thinking skills.
