Eurofins Lancaster Laboratories PSS is searching for an associate level scientist with experience in tissue culture and cell-based assays. The ideal candidate will be enabling and performing pseudoviral assays in support of the client’s SARS-CoV-2 therapeutic antibody drug efforts.

Key Objectives/Deliverables:

·         Provide cell culture support and general supply management.

·         Provide cell-based assay support.

·         Work collaboratively with project teams on-site to achieve critical research objectives and timelines.

·         Interact productively with the client’s antibody discovery, protein engineering and purification groups in San Diego and Indianapolis.

Basic Qualifications:

·         Candidates should have a B.S. in Biological sciences (Molecular Biology, Cell Biology, Biotechnology, Immunology, Biochemistry, or similar field)

·         Minimum 1-2 years relevant laboratory experience.

·         Basic tissue culture techniques, cell maintenance and media formulation.

·         Experience with 96-well cell-based chemiluminescent reporter assays.

·         Qualified candidates must be legally authorized to be employed in the United States.
