Job Description

Preparation of paperwork
Sample preparation (leaf, seed, and animal samples)
DNA Extraction
Equipment maintenance
General Lab cleaning
Assist in training of seasonal staff
Internal communication about processes
Other duties as needed
Assists in equipment maintenance and calibration
Support and maintain ISO quality system
Support and maintain EBDI Safety program
Other responsibilities as required by workflows

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Science related field required
Good attention to detail
Ability to effectively work in a team environment
Good communication skills are required for this position.
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
Ability to learn to use lab specific hardware and software as needed.
Authorization to work in the United States indefinitely without restriction or sponsorship

Additional Information

Position is Full-Time, Monday-Friday, first shift, with additional hours, as needed. Candidates currently living in a commutable distance to River Falls, WI are encourage to apply.
