Job Description

The Role:

Management of the marketing function.  Developing and managing all marketing communications, content, PR, sales material, and new business engagement campaigns.  Working closely with the sales and consultancy teams to create and deliver result-orientated marketing activities for all Eurofins | BLC services, generating international leads and raising the business profile.

 Main duties: 

  • Management of the marketing function with hands-on experience in developing creative, writing content and delivering all marketing activities and materials.
  • Create a marketing strategy to generate leads on and offline and to raise the brand profile across the whole business. Strategies include but not limited to:  Campaigns Lead Generation (On and Offline), Brand Development, Content-Led Marketing, Email Marketing, PR Awareness, Social Media, Paid online Advertising (PPC), New Service Launch, and SEO Based
  • Work closely with the sales and consulting teams and internal stakeholders on communication campaign strategies to develop leads generation in the UK and internationally
  • Update and seek to always improve all Eurofins │ BLC websites with new page content, images, video, news stories in line with marketing campaigns (including SEO strategy) and sales strategy
  • Design and create sales materials (content, creative & media) in line with sales strategy and individual sales objectives including: Presentation Templates, One-pager information sheets, Case Study Documents,   Testimonial pieces, Pitch documents, Proposals, Exhibition literature and premiums, E-Shots and Other as required
  • Manage all social media content and platforms, working with the sales team to deliver consistent messaging via digital networking platforms like LinkedIn
  • To develop ongoing relationships with trade press and write press releases for media distribution (online and offline)
  • Manage PPC advertising and monitor ROI
  • Manage the creation of exhibition stands including developing stand creative, copy, stand booking, premiums, and structure design
  • Manage and promote webinars, in-person conferences and external training programmes
  • Create and manage E-Shots and quarterly service updates
  • To produce a monthly clear ROI reporting of all marketing activity.
  • To manage leads generated from websites, log all leads onto shared excel documents via TEAMS and distribute to relevant salesperson or consultant.
  • To track all digital marketing activity monthly using SEMRush, Google Analytics, Google Console

Qualifications

What We Are Looking For:

  • Ideally, a degree in communications or marketing
  • Proven experience in B2BC lead generation and working with Sales Teams to deliver targets
  • Creative thinker with strong marketing experience in both Off-line and Online Marketing campaigns
  • Proven success in writing web and marketing copy with the ability to develop compelling and optimised copy whilst maintaining client personas, brand messaging, persuasiveness, and readability
  • Experience in the creation of websites and a sense of confidence in seeking out new solutions to constantly keep the websites up to date with changes in technology
  • Excellent communication skills, with a solid knowledge of English grammar and the ability to present ideas concisely, both verbally and in writing
  • Experience in SEO and Google Ads
  • Experience with Mailchimp or a similar platform and its integration with CRM System
  • Excellent knowledge of major social media channels particularly LinkedIn
  • Must have experience in using Adobe Creative Suite – Photoshop, Indesign, Illustrator and Premier Pro
  • Organised, excellent time management and planning skills with attention to detail and ability to multi-task
