Given fast growth of Eurofins’ group in Japan, we have an opening for a newly created Position as Junior HR Business Partner with following duties and assignments; ユーロフィンでの急速な組織の成長を踏まえ、下記職務を遂行するジュニアHRビジネスパートナーを新たに募集します

  • Support managing all the HR administrative processes; 人事全般の各種手続きに関する支援
  • Develop HR strategies, policies, and practice; 人事戦略、規定等の策定と実行
  • Various administrative support for structuring compensation and benefit packages; 給与、福利厚生に関する各種管理業務や事務サポート
  • Assist in a diverse range of ad-hoc HR matters; その他各種人事案件に関する支援業務

資格

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or related field from a four-year college or university is desirable but not required; 人事、労務関連の学士尚可
  • Certified Social Insurance Labore is desirable but not required; 社労士資格保有者大歓迎
  • 2-5year of working experience as HR Business Partner at ideally, global companies with multiple group entities; 2~5年程度、HRビジネスパートナーとして、グローバル企業(日本国内で複数社グループ企業を抱える)での勤務経験
  • Certified Social Insurance Labore is desirable but not required; 社労士資格保有者大歓迎
  • Experience in drafting and implementing rules of employment is desired; 就業規則の草案作成、策定経験尚可
