Eurofins IT Solutions India Pvt Ltd (A CMMI Level 3 Company) is a 100% full owned subsidiary of Eurofins. This young captive centre located in Bangalore was established in 2012 to be the largest IT Solutions group within Eurofins to cater to all the internal IT business needs. TITLE:  Senior Devops/ Devops Engineer (Azure DevOPS -Engineer)

REPORTING TO: Development Manager

WORKING LOCATION: Bangalore, India

 OBJECTIVE:The main objective of this position is to deliver high quality software on his own and together with the team (including design, code, tests & documentation) and to accelerate the delivery.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS:

Experience:

• 3 - 8 years of experience as Azure DevOPS Engineer

Job Description:

• Good Experience on Microsoft Azure and Microsoft Azure DevOps
• Hands-on experience in continuous delivery and continuous integration of CI/CD pipeline
• Hands-on expertise in diverse DevSecOps concepts and tools
• Experience with Azure Repos, branching, code review and code analysis tools
• Ability to assess the requirement, environment and suggest right tools / technologies
• Hands on experience on containerization - Docker and Azure Kubernetes Services
• Experience in creating various azure resources and manging cost
• Good Experience on Container Services like AKS, Docker
• Application Monitoring and notifications – application insights
• Good experience in scripting languages PowerShell, Python, and shell scripting for automation
• Good experience in Linux commands
• Experienced in cloud migration
• Implement and stay abreast of Cloud and DevOps industry best practices and tooling
• Work with developers to identify necessary Azure resources and automate their provisioning
• Excellent communication, presentation, and coding abilities
• Good to have Azure Resources knowledge – Azure Functions/Azure Topics/Azure Service Bus/Azure blob storage/event-hubs

Certification: AZ-400 Designing and Implementing Microsoft DevOps Solutions

• BE Computer Science/MCA or any other bachelor’s degree with the right experience
• Will be an added advantage if worked on Laboratory related applications

PERFORMANCE APPRAISAL CRITERIA:

Eurofins has a strong focus on Performance Management system. This includes quarterly calibrations, half-yearly reviews, and annual reviews. The KPIs shall be set and may vary slightly between projects. These will be clearly communicated, documented during the first 30 days of your joining.
