Job Description

How can you help us?

The Accounting Team at Eurofins’ Luxembourg Group Service Centre office is in charge of Accounting and Reporting for the Holding companies of the Eurofins Group. Our Accounting Team is looking for an intern to take charge of Accounts Payable for all Luxembourg companies, among other duties.

Duration: 6 months.

Mandatory internship agreement is required.

Starting date: As soon as possible.

Financial compensation: The internship is compensated.

Job description:

  • Receiving all invoices for all Luxembourg entities;
  • Managing the books  in our accounting software;
  • Following up with suppliers;
  • Checking Purchase requests / Orders against invoices;
  • Following up with internal employees and Group employees;
  • Supporting the Accounting team with all Finance requests.

Qualifications

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor or Master student in finance/accounting;
  • Experience in accounting, preferable in AP scope;
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage monthly deadlines;
  • Very accurate and highly reliable;
  • Proactive, adaptable and flexible;
  • Fast learner, with an agile mind, attracted by the diversity of the position;
  •  Able to work independently;
  •  Good communication skills;
  • Team player who enjoys working in a small team;
  • Eager to work in an evolving, dynamic and multicultural environment;
  • Excellent English oral and written a must;
  • French language is a plus;
  • Knowledge of accounting software is a plus.
