We are currently recruiting for an Account Manager to join our Sales & Marketing team at Eurofins Biomnis in Sandyford, Dublin 18.

We are currently recruiting for an Account Manager to join our Sales & Marketing team at Eurofins Biomnis in Sandyford, Dublin 18. This is a high-level role collaborating with the Sales & Marketing team and we hope to attract someone with experience in a Medical laboratory environment. If you are a competent experienced Medical Scientist, ambitious and professional, looking for a new opportunity to incorporate your laboratory skills with a new challenge, join us and help to continue support our clients to ensure their experience of our service is industry leading. You will be building and maintaining strong relationships with the existing and future company stakeholders by understanding and meeting their needs and objectives. With your medical testing background, you will be playing a leading role in the strategic development of the medical pathology services offered by Eurofins Clinical Diagnostics, while representing both yourself and Eurofins Clinical Diagnostics in a dignified, professional, and courteous manner to the Irish marketplace.

Training and development support will be given to you to help your progression within the organisation. 

Education/Qualifications:

• A recognised third level qualification in the biological sciences or healthcare or related discipline   OR
• Have a minimum of 2 years’ experience working in a related role   AND
• Full clean valid driver’s licence.

Experience:

• At least 3 years in direct sales and/or key account management ideally in a health services related industry    Or
• Proven ability to respond successfully to commercial tenders.

• Previous experience of working in a medical laboratory would be a distinct advantage

Skills & Abilities:

• Strong desire to independently pursue new business opportunities
• A need to demonstrate exceptional business planning and key account management, excellent relationship building qualities and the competence to work autonomously
• Total commitment to client satisfaction
• Team oriented and will to  adapt quickly to change
• Excellent presentation and business writing skills.
• Ability to successfully negotiate with laboratory heads, procurement managers and hospital consultants.
