We are looking for a Recruiter to drive the full cycle recruiting activities for analytical testing businesses. Ideal candidate must have experience sourcing for analytical chemistry, materials science and engineering degreed candidates. 

• A minimum of 2 years high-tech and scientific recruiting experience with full-cycle recruiting
• Excellent sourcing skills
• Strong telephone and in-person interviewing skills
• Ability to identify appropriate candidates through both behavioral interviewing and technical interviewing
• Successful ongoing status updates with all hiring managers
• Management of interview process for each candidate in a professional manner
• Successful closing of candidates
• Strong experience with negotiating offers including evaluation of salaries,  relocation packages, and signing bonuses
