Job Description

Performs activities related to customer service by coordinating requests from the client and from the operations group in compliance with appropriate standard operating procedures (SOPs), regulatory guidelines, contracts, and customer requirements. 

  • Acts as a primary contact for major EFII SG clients.
  • Promotes new offerings to clients and obtains feedback around these offerings.
  • Defines and clarifies client requirements and communicates information to the operational groups.
  • Technical understanding of EFII SG testing capabilities .
  • Relays technical information regarding EFII SG testing capabilities to clients.
  • Knows and understands processes for:  sample receiving, sample entry, entry review, and report review.
  • Identifies problems involving client requirements and Eurofins’ abilities and works with appropriate staff to resolve them.
  • Answers questions concerning pricing, capabilities, and the status of samples.
  • Plans, prioritizes and manages own workload and multiple tasks and responsibilities.
  • To be trained on the functionalities of CRM for maintaining  and ensuring  timely updates on project files.
  • To be trained on LabWare Laboratory Information System (NIMS and eLIMS) platforms in daily duties.
  • Performs review of assigned accounts, client procedures, and products as necessary.
  • To be trained on ComLims for preparation of quotation as needed.
  • Insures accuracy of COA (Certificate of Analysis).
  • Reviews, trends, or tables results as requested by the client creating manual reports when requested.
  • Supports, suggests, leads and assists process improvement initiatives.
  • Prepares for, participates in and hosts client visits and audits.
  • Participates in routine sales visits to clients
  • Supervising and monitoring samples (food, water etc) collection and reports/certificates delivery activities.
  • Outdoor sampling job when required.

Qualifications

  • Candidate must possess a university/college degree  in any field, preferable candidate with related degree in chemistry/microbiology/business.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills .
  • Self-motivated, dynamic and result oriented.
  • A team-player who is resourceful and able to work independently a midst stressful environment.
  • Highly literate on Microsoft office functionalities.
  • Good communication skills in English language.
  • Technical skills in Chemistry, Micro and other laboratory works is a plus factor but not a requirement.
  • Developed people skills
