Job Description

The Global Commercial Excellence and Client Satisfaction Team works to support Eurofins Organic Growth (yearly target of 5%), and to make sure that it delivers customer satisfaction by listening to and exceeding customer expectations. Within the internal consulting team and under the supervision of the Manager of Commercial Excellence and Customer Satisfaction, the Junior Consultant will work on:

  • Defining and implementing the Eurofins companies Sales & Marketing performance framework;
  • Developing and implementing Eurofins companies standard tools, methodologies and processes;
  • Analyzing Sales performance and linking it to Business Financial Performance;
  •  Advising leaders on Best Practices in Commercial Excellence and Sales Strategies.

VIE contracts are only applicable to European Economic Area (EEA) citizens who are between 18 and 28 years old.

The position is based in Brussels.

Starting Dates: June 2022 or July 2022.

Role & Objectives

Drive Change:

  • Responsible for the definition and deployment of our Eurofins companies commercial transformation programmes in close cooperation with  Executives and local Managers;
  • Ensure sustainable transformation is embedded in the local organization by designing an action catalogue supporting the key changes and a work plan to implement these before handing over the project to local management;
  • Act as an expert in your field and facilitate tailoring tools to business needs.

Manage projects and design tools:

  • Autonomously deliver projects, liaising with stakeholders and directing activities of the project team;
  • Define the project target state, work plan and works streams;
  • Proactively communicate critical issues in order to realize business solutions without disturbing ongoing processes.

Conduct Analyses:

  • Support local sales management and sales force teams to design and deliver scalable analytics driving the business;
  • Ensure we unlock the full potential of Eurofins companies CRM.

Gain Experience:

  • Get exposure to Eurofins companies leaders to build your network;
  • Grow with the team, coach and develop more junior team members.

Qualifications

Qualifications:

  • Experience: Graduates with up to 2 years in business consulting, internal consulting or Sales & Marketing roles with project management experience.
  • Education: Science, Business or Engineering Master’s degree from a top university, with an excellent student track record.
  • Languages: Excellent English oral and written a must. Other languages are highly appreciated.
  • Technical knowledge IT: Advanced MS Office, VBA, knowledge of CRM tools and marketing solutions.
