About Eurofins IT Solutions India

Eurofins IT Solutions India, EITSI is a fully owned subsidiary of Eurofins and functions as a Global Software Delivery Center exclusively catering to Eurofins Global IT business needs. The code we ship out of EITSI impacts the global network of Eurofins labs and services.

The primary focus at EITSI is to develop the next generation LIMS (Lab Information Management system), Customer portals, e-commerce solutions, ERP/CRM system, Mobile Apps & other B2B

platforms for various Eurofins Laboratories worldwide.

TITLE:                            Junior IT controller

REPORTING To:            Associate Director

WORKING LOCATION: Bangalore

Total Experience: 2 – 4 years (Experience in Reporting or MIS  is preferred)

Job Description:

 Cost Controlling:

• Payroll cost and headcount reconciliation with budgeted cost and headcount on monthly basis and discuss with the line manager if any deviation found.
• Review of various expenses bookings (travels, trainings etc.) for BU on Monthly and prepare budget deviation report.
• Coordinate and Track Infra costs (both Cloud and Legacy on premise servers) per defined budget.
• Track paperwork, process new work/projects, change the status of work/projects, create invoices, and keep detailed records.
• Process Intercompany billing and reconciliation on monthly basis.

  Financial Planning:

• Preparation and Tracking of annual budget for BU.
• Preparation of BU financials on monthly basis and discussion with Director.
• Preparation of key expenses reports (i.e., Travel expense report, Staff training and recruitment expense report etc.)
• Preparation of Adhoc MIS reports as required by management.

Personal Skills:

• Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail and quality of work
• Ability to be results-oriented, taking initiative to make things happen, accept accountability, and have a "can do" attitude Strong interpersonal skills (e.g. oral and written communication skills, presentation skills)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
• Ability to learn new software(s), as well as develop and follow procedures

• Master in finance degree with 2-3 years of experience.
• Or Bachelor degree in Finance with 4-5 years’ experience
