Job Description

Job Summary

·       Responsible for developing, drafting, editing, formatting, reviewing, and finalizing scientific reports, laboratory methods, and publications for various scientific disciplines (e.g. Inflammation, central nervous systems, etc.) using Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.  

·       Create reports for non-GLP Discovery studies. 

·       Conduct literature searches, interpret scientific literature, and prepare analyses, interpret, and summarize data, and evaluate study data from tables and listings. 

·       Participate in group initiatives in relation to document standards, continuing template development, cross-functional processes and other aspects of document management (in collaboration with publishing group). 

·       Perform other duties as required.

Qualifications

Requirement

·       Master (M.A. /M.S.) or PhD degree in biology or related discipline

·       3+ years related experience in a laboratory setting is preferred. 

·       An equivalent combination of education and experience may be accepted as a satisfactory substitute for the specific education and experience listed above. 

·       Strong organizational, communication and listening skills with acute attention to detail

·       Effective English written and verbal communication skills 

·       Ability to handle multiple projects, prioritize work and meet deadlines. 

·       Fully knowledgeable about preclinical pharmacology and laboratory techniques

·       Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suites including Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
