POSITION SUMMARY:
As a Technical Manager, you will work closely with the technical team (Architect/Engineers) to lead and manage technical perspective of projects. You will be responsible to lead technical output of a project or program with a division of ((60% technology leadership + 40% operational people management). You will also be the technical head for the team in providing technical expertise, review architectural design to orchestrating every technical stack within a solution.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Interface as the technical head to provide support across internal team (Architect/Engineers) for guidance, specification reviews and mainly key decisions.
• Research and advocate new technologies/Solutions
• Promote best practices and Dev-Ops for Automation transformation
• Manage technical expectation with various stakeholders to achieve project goals.
• Produce solution design with Architects and oversee implementation to execution in a project.
• Plan and implement sustainable and scalable IT infrastructure within the team
• Ensure development team is adhering to development best practices, documentation etc
• Define measureable KPI for all the members

• Total 8-10 Years of experience in the area of IT Infrastructure, software development and data analytics
• Work experience should include (Minimum 5 years of experience in development front, or 5 years’ full stack development/Solution Architect)
• Excellent problem solving ability and outspoken on ideas/solutions
• Excellent written and communication skills to coordinate with team members, stakeholders and management
• Excellent proficiency in NoSQL/SQL environments
• Excellent understanding on knowledge Python/PowerShell/C#/Java (Scripting Master)
• Experience in designing and implementing scalable solutions in the analytics space
• Good competence with Agile Development approach

Education/Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Machine learning or related field required, postgrad will be a plus
• ITIL, CISSP, CCNA
• 8-10 years of prior experience working in development/analytics Ability and/
