Job Description

On this role you will be responsible for supporting the correct management of licenses in our asset management tool, supporting the process of building an asset management system for our internal needs. Moreover, reviewing and updating all standard operation procedures related to software purchasing, software installation, software relocation and software uninstallation will be part of your tasks. As Software Asset Management Specialist you will be supporting the licensing surveys and needs analysis as well as the software budget planning in consultation with the system responsibles. In addition to that, you will be also regularly monitoring and consulting for all common license models of well-known manufacturers (Microsoft, VMware, Oracle, Red Hat). 

Qualifications

We are looking for you, if you have a complete Bachelor's or Master's degree (or similar educational background), as well as good knowledge of MS Excel and good written and spoken knowledge of English

Initial experience in license management or similar field will be appreciated, but is not a must.
