Job Description

  • Review Time & Material tickets
  • Prepare, submit, and track CAPEX for business units
  • Prepare, submit, and track all purchases under $1,000.00
  • Prepare and maintain large construction logs
  • Post drawings for large construction projects
  • Organize/file construction project data
  • Parts (Lowes, Russell Lock etc.)
  • Furniture cross charges/inventory
  • Order office supplies
  • Take notes at construction meetings/calls
  • Type up, maintain history, and distribute construction notes
  • Work with QA for department training
  • Receive meeting setups and coordinate with custodial contractor
  • Review, update, and order controlled documents
  • Maintain contractor list
  • Department credit card

The ideal candidate would possess:

  • Strong computer, scientific, and organizational skills
  • Excellent communication (oral and written) and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, self-motivation, adaptability, and a positive attitude
  • Ability to learn new techniques, perform multiple tasks simultaneously, keep accurate records, follow instructions, and comply with company policies

Qualifications

Basic Minimum Qualifications:

High School Diploma or Equivalent

Microsoft Office skills, valid PA license, organizational skills, ability to multi-task

Authorization to work in the United States indefinitely without restriction or sponsorship

Additional Information

Position is full-time, Monday - Friday 7:00am - 4:00pm.  Candidates currently living within a commutable distance of Lancaster, PA are encouraged to apply.
