Job Description

How can you contribute?

We are looking for a Project Manager for our Project Management Office who is passionate about IT to join us in Poland, as part of the IT Infrastructure Team GSC - NSC.

The GSC – NSC IT Infrastructure team supports the Group Service Centers and National Service Centers. This covers approx. 4,000 end users and more than 40 sites across the world. Within the Service Delivery team we are seeking for project resourcing and skills to smoothen the different IT Infrastructure projects and segregation initiatives.

As part of the GSC – NSC IT Infrastructure team you will support and execute strategic and transformational initiatives, such as:

  • The segregation execution program
  • The implementation of KPIs for Operations Implementation of KPIs for projects
  • Implementation of time tracking and scope controls for projects
  • Supporting controlling, with implementing financial controls for Operations and projects
  • Implementation of a demand management process

You will support implementation of governance and project standards across the project portfolio, including tracking and project monitoring and help with managing the program level registers: risks and issues, project updates, milestone tracking. Also you will identify areas of improvement for projects and document recommendations and build up and maintain a repository of project templates

Other tasks will include:

  • Prepare consolidated material from project reports for reviews
  • Co-ordination of publication, review and sign-off of projects
  • Ensuring project plans are created and maintained, deliverables tracked against time and cost, and resource utilisation is monitored
  • Monitoring and reporting on progress of the project to stakeholders
  • Conducting or contributing to post implementation reviews and identifying any lessons learned
  • Support resource planning activities

Qualifications

Are you our kind of extraordinary?

Ideally you will have a Master's degree (or equivalent) in Business Administration or IT, with 3-5 years professional experience in similar role and/or consulting managing international customers/projects. 

We are looking for someone with good level of English and understanding of KPI Management within IT, preferably in the IT Infrastructure and/or Operations Management.

Do you have strong presentation skills with an ability to analyse and structure data that matters to build reports, metrics and KPI and prepare visually appealing presentations? Do you have an experience in preparing decision making material and documentation for Management?
