How can you contribute?

Do you have a practical experience designing and building medium-sized IT Infrastructure environments? Are you able to discuss with the Business to understand their requirements and select/build solutions that will deliver according to their requirements? 

We are looking for an IT Infrastructure Project Manager to join our growing, international IT Infrastructure Support Team for Eurofins Europe. In the role, you will understand and lead strategic IT Infrastructure projects, have extensive exposure to business leadership, require senior strong stakeholder management and interface with multiple internal and external parties. As well as proactively identify project delivery risks and issues and establish delivery monitoring controls and governance mechanisms

As part of the IT Infrastructure team you will support and execute strategic and transformational initiatives, such as:

  • Segregation execution program;
  • Implementation of KPIs for Operations and projects;
  • Implementation of time tracking and scope controls for projects;
  • Supporting controlling with implementing financial controls for Operations and projects;
  • Implementation of a demand management process.

You will manage, monitor and deliver multiple interrelated IT Infrastructure. These projects will be aimed to perform installations, configuration and migrations of enterprise-level IT infrastructure systems, components and related software. This may include Windows Server 2012 / 2016 (standard or enterprise level), Linux, VMWare, virtual & physical servers, cloud solutions (Azure, Amazon), Active Directory, Office 365, Exchange, storage, network, firewalls, load balancers as well as end user technologies, SDWAN, Wi-Fi, security, monitoring and management software and components. You will lead, guide, inspire, motivate and direct multiple cross organizational teams and suppliers to deliver products ensuring a return on investmen

Qualifications

Are you a leader with a proven track record of managing complex IT Infrastructure integration, post-acquisition, transition or carve-out projects? Ideally within an international organization

We are looking for someone with proven analytical, organizational and problem-solving skills, with deep project management practice experience. Who successfully delivered results from international and geographically disparate teams, including both local and remote resources and contending for heavily utilized centralized resources.

In addition you will have experience with:

  • IT Quality Management Systems and/or Agile Frameworks
  • Expert knowledge of Microsoft Project and/or other project management tools
  • Excellent written and verbal skills in English. Knowledge of French is a plus

This role will require travelling throughout Europe (assuming COVID situation allows)
