Job Description

  • Technical understanding of building construction and engineering
  • Demonstrated experience with full-project life cycle from bidding through completion
  • Ability to diagnose problems and propose solution
  • Abiltiy to manage staff and outside contractors
  • Abiltiy to read, understand, and execute construction specifications and plans
  • Ability to manage construction budgets
  • Ability to communicate both orally and in writing
  • Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently
  • Communicates effectively with client staff members
  • Demonstrates strong client service skills, teamwork, and collaboration
  • Proactively plans and multitasks to maximize productivity
  • Meets all quality and productivity metrics and demonstrates strong teamwork and collaboration


The Ideal Candidate Would Possess:

  • Ability to work independently, self-motivated, strong organizational skills
  • Experience using Microsoft Office tools
  • Ability to read, comprehend and enforce OSHA, NIOSH, NFPA, SDS's and other standards
  • Technical degree in a trade discipline is preferred

Basic Minimum Qualifications:

  • HS Diploma
  • At least 5 years of previous construction management/supervisory experience
