The ideal candidate would possess any of the following:

• A strong internal desire to become the best that you can be; self-motivated and passionate about scientific results
• A desire and passion to lead people or processes, directly or indirectly, with or without prior experience
• Purity analysis of investigational compounds by LC
• Operational experience with HPLC or UPLC (Waters or Agilent) and proficiency with accompanying software packages
• Protein purification workflow using column-based chromatography or by automation such as TECAN
• Mammalian cell culture such as passaging, freezing/thawing, transfections, and protein expression
• Design or execution of cell and non-cell based assays
• ADME, DMPK, or other drug metabolism cell-based assays
• Excellent interpersonal skills, demonstrated ability to work effectively with multiple disciplines, good team approach, good written and oral communication skills, administrative skills, and above-average computer skills
• Highly organized, good documentation skills, and attention to detail
• Result and goal oriented attitude, having integrity, a strong work ethic and a commitment to quality
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and changing environment; flexible and quickly adaptable to changing priorities
• Effective personal communication skills

Minimum Required Qualifications: 

• Bachelor's degree in Biochemistry, Chemistry, Biology, Cell Biology, or related field of discipline
• Authorization to work in the United States indefinitely without restriction or sponsorship
