Job Description

  • Support English and Japanese translation when required
  • Support meeting preparation, attend meetings and produce follow-up notes
  • Provide general administrative assistance
  • Act as the point of contact among executives, employees, clients and other external partners
  • Handle correspondence directed to managers
  • Manage information flow in a timely and accurate manner
  • Work closely with other group offices to ensure the smooth running of the business and collaboration
  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

Qualifications

  • A minimum of three years’ experience in a similar position
  • Good Japanese and English communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Problem-solving and decision making
  • Competent with Microsoft Office packages
  • Discretion and confidentiality
