Job Description

This position is responsible for assisting in method development and implementing method validations. This position may conduct routine release and stability analyses of developmental compounds, prototype formulations and finished products in support of clinical testing for IND and NDA submissions. Perform laboratory research and routine analysis under minimal guidance.

  • Execute analytical assays in a biologics industry laboratory
  • Using diverse analytical techniques along with basic biochemistry laboratory techniques.
  • Computer competency is essential with emphasis on spreadsheet-based software.
  • Adhere to strict guidelines when applicable.
  • Document and review data as per established company guidelines and SOPs

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in science or other related degree concentration
  • Minimum 1-3 years of analytical experience
  • Large molecule (protein or biologics) experience
  • Method development or validation experience
  • Experience with Microsoft Office specifically Excel and Word
  • Excellent communication (oral and written) and attention to detail
  • Authorization to work in the United States indefinitely without restriction or sponsorship
  • Experience transferring and executing any of the following analytical assays a plus: HPLC-Based Methods; Gel-Based Methods; CE-Based Methods; Compendial Assays
  • Experience with any of the following techniques a plus: Peptide Mapping, HPLC/UPLC-Based Methods; Empower Software, Gel-Based Methods; CE-Based Methods; Compendial Assays
