Job Description

  • Oversee radiated anechoic chamber testing of wireless devices.
  • Perform wireless testing on a variety of consumer products using prescribed testing methods, following industry standards / specifications appropriate to the product and certification requirements.
  • Operate, and maintain testing equipment, maintain supplies, lab cleanliness and analytical instrumentation, as required.
  • Schedule maintenance of testing equipment to ensure quality and reliability of the test results.

Qualifications

Basic Minimum Qualifications:

  • +4 year experience in a technical related area.
  • Authorization to work in the United States indefinitely without restriction or sponsorship

The Ideal Candidate would possess:

  • Experience with anechoic chambers and radiation performance evaluation like TRP, TIS & antenna efficiency.  
  • Experience with different lab equipment: network analyzers, signal generators, signal analyzers, call boxes (i.e. CMW), channel emulators
  • Experience with different wireless communication technologies such as GSM/GPRS/EDGE/LTE, 5G mmWave.
  • Experience with carrier/ industry conformance radiated performance requirements like 3GPP, PTCRB, CTIA, ETSI, etc. 
  • Strong written and verbal communications skills including the ability to communicate effectively in a group setting, with colleagues and clients
  • Ability to perform multiple tasks
  • Ability to organize and prioritize workload to meet or exceed deadlines
  • Demonstrate team leadership
  • Technical problem solving and process improvement skills

Additional Information

Position is full-time, Monday - Friday 3:30pm - 12:30am.  Candidates currently living within a commutable distance of Santa Clara, CA are encouraged to apply.
