Job Description

Eurofins Eaton Analytical, Inc. is the largest potable water testing laboratory in the US, with over 100,000 combined square feet of laboratory space and nearly 200 qualified staff at our California and Indiana facilities.  We also maintain service centers in Washington, Arizona, Colorado, North Carolina, Pennsylvania, and Florida.  We recognize water quality to be critical to public health protection, whether in water supplies or as a component of food and beverages.  With our continued investment in emerging contaminant analyses and the ability to meet ever more stringent standards, Eurofins Eaton Analytical provides clients with a trusted laboratory partner that can respond to their needs 24/7 from multiple locations.

Eurofins Eaton Analytical, LLC is seeking to add an Account Manager assigned to perform Sales duties in our Southeast (US) Regional Sales Territory.

Account Manager Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:

·       Identifying, qualifying and closing potential customers,

·       Managing a sample pipeline and spending budget,

·       Coordinating response to quote and proposal requests,

·       Visiting current and potential customers,

·       Attending regional and national industry conferences,

·       Participating on industry committees,

·       Making technical presentations and attending sales meetings

·       Responsibilities will also include collaborating with Project Managers, as well as developing and maintaining a working knowledge of our firm, our customers and our laboratory operation. The primary target customer sectors shall include public water agencies, commercial laboratory partners, water quality consultants and Federal/State government entities.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate would possess:

·       Professional, knowledgeable, confident and friendly demeanor

·       Excellent written and verbal communication skills

·       Good computer, Word and Excel skills

·       Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail

Basic Minimum Qualifications:

·       Bachelor's degree

·       Proven track record (at least 10 years) working with customers in a sales or customer service role.

·       Minimum work experience (at least 5 years) in a Commercial Laboratory or the Water Industry

·       Willingness to travel 2 to 3 days per week

·       Authorization to work in the United States indefinitely without restriction or sponsorship
