Job Description

  • Experience developing and executing cell-based assays, ELISAs and various immunoassays for biotherapeutic drug candidates
  • Cell culture experience, cell-based assay and immunoassay development Method development, qualification, validation and transfer in a cGMP environment are the primary function. 
  • Experience with a broad biologics based portfolio including monoclonal antibodies, antibody-drug conjugates, therapeutic proteins and vaccines
  • Proven record of delivering results in a fast paced environment and effective communication to project teams
  • Demonstrated technical writing skills and good interpersonal skills
  • Experience and ability to work within a team setting

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Biological Sciences or other related degree concentration, or equivalent directly-related experience 
  • 1-2 years of experience preferred 
  • Mammalian Cell Culture experience  
  • Flow cytometry experience is a plus 
  • Ability to learn new techniques, perform multiple tasks simultaneously, keep accurate records, follow instructions, and comply with company policies 
  • Experience working in GMP/GLP 
  • Industrial experience and an understanding of the drug development process 
  • Authorization to work in the United States indefinitely without restriction or sponsorship
