Job Description

Eurofins PSS has permanent, full time positions for Microbiology and Chemistry Analysts to join our PSS team at Limerick. The positions are within a team of professionals who have been serving this client continually for many years. 

The cornerstones of our team operations are quality, productivity, superlative service and team morale.

The role will involve wet chemistry and microbiology testing including:

  • Testing of Biological Indicators, Bioburden, Endotoxin, pH, Conductivity Nitrates and Total Organic Carbon
  • Microbiological plate reading and streaking, sampling and testing environmental monitoring 
  • Reporting and investigating anomalous or quality-related events

Qualifications

  • Degree in Microbiology, Chemistry, Biochemistry or a related discipline
  • Minimum of 1 year’s relevant experience working within a Microbiology, Chemistry or Biochemistry Laboratory 
  • Strong GMP knowledge is essential

The ideal candidates will be great team players, organised, accurate, have strong documentation skills, and be passionate about quality and customer service. They will have a flexible approach to changeable working patterns and be available for shift work.
