Job Description
As a Group Marketing Associate you will be responsible for maintaining Eurofins Corporate Identity at a Group level and for coordinating Eurofins Group Marketing community activities.
You will provide support to the Group Marketing and Communications team and their internal customers, which include international marketing teams and business units. In addition, you will support the Group Marketing Director in project and event management.
Eurofins is a decentralised organisation and hence needs a very clear definition of Corporate Identity guidelines for all marketing, communication and information material.
Other key functions related to your role will include:
- Maintain Eurofins Corporate Identity (CI) and all templates and the related Brand and Marketing guidelines, and assist local units with implementing these.
- Manage and maintain the Group Marketing databases for:
- high resolution pictures (stock images and pictures from our laboratories); and
- Sub-logos.
- Maintain the Eurofins Marketing community list (i.e. list of all Marketing staff worldwide and across all Business Lines).
- Support the Group Marketing Director in maintaining the trademark portfolio of the Group (portfolio transfer, collection of proof of use).
- Support the Group's newly acquired companies in the brand transition process (provide material and templates; project management support).
- Organise international conferences – from hotel selection & booking, participant registration to meeting schedule preparation and managing the event.
- Organise (internal) webinars: scheduling, testing of the technical infrastructure, making presentations available and collecting feedback after the webinar.
- Ensure key marketing communication material is kept up to date including PowerPoint presentations, brochures, posters and flyers, and any other materials as required.
- Maintain and update the Eurofins Marketing & Communication resource platform (DMS).
- Serve as point of contact and channel questions addressed to Group Marketing or Group Communications.
Qualifications
Are you our kind of extraordinary?
Ideally you will have 2-3 years of experience working in a corporate role or professional service organisation, but exceptional ambitious graduates could be considered as well. Preferably with a Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications or Science. A plus would be to have work experience in a B2B environment.
This position is not an operative Marketing role as the Group currently conducts limited marketing activities at Group level. Therefore, the ideal candidate will have good organisational skills and excellent attention to details. It will suit someone who is self-starter and willing to learn quickly, and can be springboard to various opportunities within the business or Communications.
In addition your qualification will include:
- English native speaker or person with near-native English language ability
- Able to communicate clearly and professionally (oral and written)
- With excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook)
- Will have knowledge of Adobe CS (Indesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) and Adobe Acrobat Professional is a plus
- Able to work without supervision
- With good organisational and interpersonal skills to work internationally with a variety of people
