The Global Finance Manager assistant primary mission is to assist the (Junior) Global Finance Manager and the CFO in their everyday duties.

Especially:

-       Animate the team of local accountants / finance responsible in order to produce the internal Eurofins | CPA.

-       Support the (Junior) Global Finance Manager to produce the Eurofins Group ensuring that is made in a proper manner, following adapted schedule and is reliable.

-       He/ she is also responsible to supervise that the account receivable are properly maintained by the global credit manager and in each Eurofins | AQM office.

In details:

-           Control data, give support, ensure accuracy of consolidation of the management reporting based on Eurofins | CPA reporting software.

-           Provide support to Country Managers / Local finance manager for the use of reporting software, from the software perspective as well as from the accounting point of view.

-           Control the accuracy and maintenance of AR from AQM HK and its subsidiaries by crosschecking operational ERP data with financial data.

-           Animate Country Managers / local admin finance managers about the management of AR following targets given by CFO.

The Global Finance Manager Assistant is part of the Finance Department.

The Global Finance Manager reports to the (Junior) Global Finance Manager and the CFO of Eurofins CPA.

The Global Finance Manager assistant is in contact with all Eurofins | CPA entitites. Thus, written and spoken English skills are a must.

He/she is graduated of experience in the finance field: control, audit, accounting or reporting. 1 or 2 years of experience is a plus.

He/she is familiar with MS software suite, proficient in Excel and has a knowledge about accounting software, reporting software and consolidation software.

He/she is willing to work in an international environment and willing to interact with people from different cultures and can adapt his request depending on its counterpart.

He/she is rigorous, organized, able to work by him/herself and able to take initiative to solve issues. He/she should pay attention to details and have good communication and coordination skills.
