Business Unit Eurofins PROXY is a GMP Quality Control laboratory, where analytical chemical testing of raw materials, drug substances and drug products is performed. A large part of this work comprises routine compendial testing. However for new products, formulations or monographs clients require development or validation of analytical methods.

Job Description

As a scientist you will be responsible for the analytical methods of new and adjusted pharmaceutical formulations. These (re)developed and optimised methods will be transferred to the Quality Control laboratory of our organization. Accurate documentation compliant to GMP guidelines will be an integral part of your work.

Qualifications

  • PhD, an MSc with 3 years, or a BSc degree with 5 of working experience in analytical chemistry, biochemistry or organic chemistry;
  • Working experience in development and validation of analytical methods, preferably in a biotech/biopharma company;
  • Independent, thorough and able to perform under pressure;
  • Good command of the English language, and at least a basic understanding of Dutch.
