Eurofins Eaton Analytical is searching for a Client Services Manager in Monrovia, CA.

Client Services Division Manager responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:

• Demonstrates active leadership and promotes the company vision
• Regular on-site attendance and punctuality to support a geographically diverse staff
• Responsible for daily departmental production from ASMs and ASMAs (on-site and remote), including but not limited to project set up, report generation, invoicing, bottle kit generation and other CS responsibilities as defined from time-to-time
• Lead the daily group CS meeting to monitor and manage productivity, resolve performance constraints and set department expectations
• Interact with operations and sales staff cooperatively to improve and optimize work flow, project set up and requirements and client satisfaction “fit-for-purpose”
• Assign clients to ASM staff to balance workload to optimize meeting client service demands and delight clients
• Demonstrated ability and enthusiasm to train others in functional area
• Develop goals and objectives for staff, make measurements on objectives and communicate back to staff
• Communication with top clients to support ASMs and to better develop the relationships with our clients
• Fully competent in all conventional aspects of functional area; leadership responsibilities include staff supervision, challenge, growth and appraisal; involved in the hiring, firing employment status decisions, including discipline.  
• Conducts all activities in a safe and efficient manner and aligned to company health and safety policy, as amended from time to time and in compliance with Eurofins Eaton quality standards.

Position is full-time, Monday-Friday, 9 a.m.-5 p.m., with additional hours as needed.  Candidates currently living within a commutable distance of Monrovia, California are encouraged to apply.

Minimum three years of laboratory experience with at least 3 years of supervision experience.  BS degree and at least 3 years of lab experience.· Basic technical understanding of many aspects of the laboratory, regulatory requirements, and specific method requirements.  Basic understanding of the laboratory business and inter-departmental relationships
· Requires judgment or initiative in resolving issues and making recommendations
· Requires excellent verbal and written communication skills
· Requires attention to details and good documentation skills
· Must have computer (Word, Excel) and office related skills·
