About the role

Eurofins is currently looking for new candidates to join our driven, highly-skilled and diverse teams located in Brussels.

The internal consultant will be part of one of our elite teams in charge of reviewing, streamlining and improving our Operational Excellence, Commercial Excellence, Finance (Treasury and Controlling), Organisation,  Process Transformation and IT Group processes. The internal consultant will be identifying best practices, reviewing, improving and implementing streamlined processes, and the defining target operating models for these teams.

Typically, the internal consultant is part of a dynamic and multicultural team in charge of (for example):

  • Steering international networks of leaders on key projects and sharing best practices across the Group;
  • Defining and tracking performance metrics and contributing to the identification of potential opportunities for improvement;
  • Designing standardised processes and methodologies, in close cooperation with various business units across the group;
  • Designing and implementing new generation IT systems to facilitate Group processes and support the Group’s processes  fast growth;
  • Defining and executing governance models for the daily management of Group processes, to ensure increased data quality in internal systems;
  • Etc.

The exact responsibilities of the role will be subject to the internal consultant/intern’s background and interests and will be further discussed during interviews.

Qualifications

Education: Scientific or business Master degree from top University. Excellent student track record.

Languages: Excellent English, oral and written, is a must. Other languages are highly appreciated.

Personal skills:

  • Strong interpersonal skills (e.g. oral and written communication, presentation skills) as this role will interface a lot with local resources and experts to understand and document processes. Proven change management and influencing skills.
  • Ability to define concepts, align them with key stakeholders in different countries and describe them clearly and concisely.
  • Strong problem-solver with "can-do" mentality, able to both pragmatically define solutions and capture and understand all relevant details when necessary.
  • Proven ability to independently set-up, manage and drive a clearly defined project.
  • Technical knowledge IT: MS Office products.
