Job Description

Responsibility:

  • Maintain employer brand and utilize diverse recruiting channels
  • Establish a comprehensive recruiting and staffing system
  • Plan and execute training & development projects to meet business needs
  • Plan and integrate group company performance management system
  • Plan and execute key talent retention
  • Perform other job-related duties as assigned

Qualifications

Requirement:

  • Minimum 5 years of work experiences in HRD
  • Broad knowledge and experiences in planning & implementation of organization /people development
  • Strong cross-department coordination and integration capabilities
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in English
