Eurofins Digital Media Services, LLC a leading technical analysis company providing services to most major TV and Motion Picture studios - is looking for a System Administrator who will join a small team responsible for the day to day operations of a rapidly growing highly technical company, including network and system administration, user help desk support, and support of server and desktop hardware and software.

System Administrator responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following: · Administering VMWare environments · Administering Active Directory environments · Administering complex network infrastructure · Administering an Office 365 environment · Monitoring the help desk to track and resolve incoming tickets · Recommending, procuring and implementing new IT hardware and software systems · Monitoring for and implementing the latest security patches using a patch management system · Maintaining backup systems and testing backups for validation · Maintaining inventory of hardware, software, licenses, and services · Performing quarterly security audits to ensure compliance with MPA regulations · Installing, wiring and maintaining server and desktop hardware · Writing occasional scripts to automate processes · Taking on additional projects at the discretion of the Sr. Director of Technical Operations and the CTO

The ideal candidate would possess :
· Strong computer, scientific, and organizational skills
· Excellent communication (oral and written) and attention to detail
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team, self-motivation, adaptability, and a positive attitude
· Ability to learn new techniques, perform multiple tasks simultaneously, keep accurate records, follow instructions, and comply with company policies
· Some experience with network switches and firewalls (assigning VLANs, etc)
· Some experience with orchestration, such as Chef, Puppet, SaltStack, Ansible
· Experience with AWS (VPCs, Security Groups, AWS CLI)

Position is full-time, Monday-Friday, 8 a.m.-5 p.m., with overtime as needed.  Candidates currently living within a commutable distance of Burbank CA are encouraged to apply.
