Job Description

Eurofins CEI, Inc. is searching for a Login Technician to support our team in Cary, North Carolina. The technician will support the daily, efficient running of the laboratory, including sample receipt, accession and distribution.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Unpack shipments and document receipt of samples
  • Organize and record samples
  • Data entry into LIMS
  • Efficient and accurate sample delivery to the lab/courier
  • Troubleshooting and customer service support
  • Maintenance of the department and lab, including stocking supplies and housekeeping
  • Ability to lead the department as necessary
  • Miscellaneous duties

Qualifications

The ideal candidate would possess:

  • Strong computer, organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Effective oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, self-motivated, adaptable, and a positive attitude
  • Ability to follow instructions and comply with SOPs
  • Handle moderate stress in a fast-paced environment

Minimum Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent, further education in biological or chemical science preferred
  • Must be able to lift up to 50lbs on a regular basis
  • Authorization to work in the United States indefinitely without restriction or sponsorship
