The IT Infrastructure Junior Controller will be in responsible for:

• Maintain and improve IT Infra cost controlling processes and systems and prepare, analyze and control IT Infra related financial & management reporting and information for the Regional IT Infrastructure Manager NA/SA.
• Deliver high-quality IT Infrastructure project management in the IT Infra finance area by detailing functional and non-functional requirements.
• Control relevant information about IT Infra budget and actuals (CAPEX, ASSETS, OPEX and Personal costs) from NSC Finance.
• Control the Business Fees invoiced to the internal customers given by the Eurofins TBM team.
• Create reporting for the IT Infra management to explain the current financial situation and deviations from the budget.
• Suggest actions to avoid or reduce deviations from budget.
• Manage unbudgeted costs and provide proper input for true-up calculations.
• Support the IT Infra management when creating the yearly IT Infra budget input for the US.
• Support and improvement of timely and accurate management reporting, development of business performance relevant KPIs, execution of standard and ad-hoc analyses, execution of P&L analyses
• Business partner of management, strategic consulting for decision-making in the various companies; recommendations for action for the strategic improvement of financial performance and support in the evaluation of business cases
• Contact for cost optimization projects
• Planning, managing and controlling annual financial planning and regular forecast processes, including regular reviews with department heads and management
• Tracking of deviations and action finding for correction
• Support in the processing of electronic payment transactions.

Qualifications

• Successfully completed studies in accounting, finance, or business administration
• At least 4 years of professional experience in the finance and controlling environment, ideally in the IT area
• A dynamic, proactive personality with a strong sense of responsibility for priorities and data quality.
• A high degree of personal responsibility, initiative, and self-organization
• Very good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel
• Strong analytical and communicative skills
• ​Authorization to work in the United States indefinitely without restriction or sponsorship
