As part of an international IT Infrastructure organization of 300 employees and reporting to the  IT Infrastructure Manager South of Europe, he/she manages multiple IT Infrastructure projects  in an international environment. This requires a close collaboration with the different IT Infrastructure teams such as service desk, operational, architecture and  application teams, as well as with the end users,  all spread across different region or countries. Travelling is required.

The IT Infrastructure Service Delivery Manager  is the special point of contact for our internal customers. He is responsible for maintaining IT Service Delivery fit our internal customers’ expectations regarding  support, operations, and projects. It will be done in collaboration with other IT teams and according to defined processes.

Manage delivery of IT Infrastructure & operations services for Eurofins which includes:

·         Liaise with business leadership to identify, translate & deliver IT Infrastructure Services to meet business demands for example for:

-       Deployment of IT Infrastructure Solution;

-       Migration / replacement of IT Infrastructure;

-       Servers relocation ;

-       Migration to clouds or to internal Data Centers

• Define, implement and establish Delivery Process complying to the Eurofins Group Strategies and  standards;
• If required, set up and lead a team of IT Infrastructure professionals to help deliver business needs; provide career guidance & keep a motivated workforce;
• Manage cost effectiveness of the IT Infrastructure, IT Systems and IT Services under your responsibility;
• Define, report and update regularly on KPIs / SLAs and make sure IT Service Delivery is fulfilled  to achieve operational excellence;
• Cooperate closely with other IT divisions like IT Strategy / Solutions / Security / Enterprise Architecture Office to ensure global IT goals are reached and shaped.
• Manage key projects.
• Make sure that critical changes are implemented in a smooth and controlled manner (e.g. Change Management, release procedure and monitoring criteria).

• Strong organizational skills;
• Ability to listen, gather and understand information about people and situations, quickly;
• Excellent interpersonal skills including the ability to influence across the organization and externally;
• Excellent attention to detail and quality;
• At ease with distant & international communications through a wide array of technologies (ticketing tool, documents and forums, phone, chat, e-mail).
• IT Infrastructure background
• Certification ITIL Foundation V3 required;
• Project Management back ground.
• French (Fluent)
• English (fluent) required;
• Significant experience required as IT project manager or IT Infrastructure architect (minimum 6 years);
• Experience in coordination or management of people is a plus.
• Strong background as IT system & network (VMWare, Cisco, NetApp, Active Directory, MS Exchange, Windows Server…) appreciated, as it could leverage mutual understanding with technicians and administrators. (2 years or more)
