Job Description

Eurofins York is a leading international provider of regulatory compliance services and products to the manufacturing and electronics industry, particularly in the fields of EMC, Radio, Electrical Safety, EMF and RF.

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our team at our recently refurbished offices in York.

Applications are invited for the position of Global Market Access Coordinator to further expand the capabilities of our Expert Services team. Duties will include overseeing product compliance, providing day to day support for customer and clients wanting to gain market access for their products worldwide.

Additionally the post holder will be responsible for:

  • Coordinating multiple global market access projects
  • Coordinating EMC, Safety, Radio testing at Eurofins labs, or in-country testing at approved laboratories
  • Regular contact with laboratories, in-country representatives, government agencies and other certification bodies
  • Compiling technical documentation for submission and making applications.
  • Upkeep of internal systems and customer information
  • Attending internal meetings to discuss project progress, providing updates to the team when required.
  • Acting as the Eurofins point-of-contact for the customer throughout the duration of the project.
  • Developing and maintaining sound and meaningful relationships with our global customer base

Qualifications

Minimum Candidate Requirements:

  • National Qualifications Framework (NQF) qualification in a related subject  – Level 6 (e.g. BSc/BEng)
  • Strong knowledge of IT
  • Experience of ISO 9001:2008 or similar documented quality management system
  • Excellent personal organisation skills and time management skills
  • Prioritisation skills
  • Ability to communicate with technical specialists and non-specialists alike
  • Awareness of commercial aspects
  • Demonstrable project management skills
  • Being responsible for their actions and taking proactive ownership of projects
  • Actively working in, and communicating with, a small team
  • Demonstrating reliability, flexibility and enthusiasm
  • A willingness to take decisions within their clear areas of responsibility
