Eurofins Assurance has performed more than 45 000 services in 2019, and is on a steady growth from year to year. Therefore, our product scope is expanding, and overall everything becomes more and more interesting!

In order to continue to improve and expand our product in a challenging business environment, we are hiring a Senior Software Developer based in Shanghai, China. He/she will work in an young entrepreuneurial environment, reporting directly to the Scrum Master.

Reporting to Eurofins Assurance Scrum Master, he/she is responsible for….

• Build with the team the architecture of our application according to users' and business' needs

• Review peers' code and help them improve

• Propose fact-based ideas of improvements of the software and technologies we use

• Contribute to the software development process

• Review and consolidate the technical documentation

• Help on the support for the software by solving users' issues

• And generally, be able to switch task depending on the business needs

You have an extensive experience in software development: design, implement, test, integrate, deploy and monitor.

You are familiar with Agile methodology and have an object-oriented mindset.

You are proficient in developing and maintaining Java web applications running on tomcat, as well as React applications running on Node.js.

You love well-written code and put end-user satisfaction above all.

You are willing to work in an international environment and willing to interact with people from different cultures and you can adapt your requests depending on counterpart.

You demonstrate excellent organizational skills and ability to handle multiple projects concurrently, as well as attention to details.

You hold a Bachelor degree in software development, have at least 2 years of experience and are fluent in English.
