Job Description

The Role:

To manage new leads and contact prospective clients and identify key decision-makers for the Sales teams as well as providing day to day administrative support across the Sales function.  Responsible for the management of the client data on the CRM. 

Main duties:

  • To  follow up and convert enquiries received from web-based leads and click-through data to increase testing, training and membership involving calls and face to face meetings
  • Export click-through data from MailChimp, e-shot campaigns, sort via excel and follow up
  • Follow up and convert training leads from our in-house training feedback forms
  • A champion of the CRM managing all contact data, data cleansing, email bounces and unsubscribes
  • Reporting on new client information from our CRM, ensuring all client information is accurate
  • Responsible for ensuring all new client details are entered into our Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS)
  • Managing customer data on our reporting portal
  • Minuting the Sales meetings as required
  • Support the Training Administrator with the setting up of the training room for on-site training courses as and when required

Qualifications

What We Are Looking For:

  • Ideally, degree educated with B2B sales experience who is hungry to succeed and looking to advance their career within consulting sales 
  • A driven, enthusiastic and confident individual with outstanding communication skills, with the ability to quickly establish rapport both on the phone and face to face
  • Be able to demonstrate proven experience as an administrator with good organisational skills, with rigorous attention to detail, and the ability to work to deadlines and competing demands
  • Demonstrated computer skills – requires Excel, Word, PowerPoint
  • Be accountable and responsible for own workload as well as working as part of a team
  • Understanding of working with a CRM system and other data management systems
