With the support of the Group Legal, Compliance and Tax team as well as our external legal and tax advisors, the candidate should be responsible for:

Ø  Replacing current external advisors in being in charge of elaborating and managing all the documentation needed as well as the necessary firms for the following processes:

• Company constitution
• Capital increases & reductions
•  Appointment of administrators
• Distribution of positions and powers of the Board of Directors
• Powers of attorney
•  Changes in registered office
• Changes in corporate purpose (“objeto social”)
• Changes company name (“denominación social”)

Ø  Being the owner of the Corporate Data Room, which should contain all group legal documents,  as well as being responsible for keeping it constantly updated

Ø  Supported by our external advisors, being the main point of contact and making sure we provide the most efficient (and friendly) tax services to the company under the NSC scope

Ø  Support external advisors and coordinate their tasks with regard to the group tax consolidation

Ø  Making sure that the NSC is aware of all the relevant legal changes in the companies under its scope and make sure all required actions are taken

Ø  Dealing with new ad-hoc projects and needs and pro-actively detect opportunities and propose new ideas and solutions

Ø  Being the main point of contact of the NSC and providing an excellent service to the companies under its scope

The candidate will evolve in the long term according to the business needs and his own ability to learn. He/she must work in close collaboration with the members of the Finance & Accounting team (mainly the financial director and controllers) and report directly to the Financial Director of the NSC.

•      Education – Law degree with excellent qualifications
•        4-6 years of experience with similar responsibilities in a final company or a law firm
•        Knowledge of corporate legal requirements (any tax experience is also valuable)
•       Fluent English (at least CAE level)
•        High level of autonomy
•        Methodical, analytical and synthetic. Very high rigor and sense of organization
•       Eager to learn and grow in the company

•        Location: Barcelona (Esplugues de Llobregat)
•        Type of contract: permanent
•        Traveling: low, some occasional trips and maybe initially for training / onboarding
•        Availability: as soon as possible
•        Remuneration: to be defined according to the profile
