We are currently looking for a PSS Manager to be responsible for business development and management of the PSS teams of staff and their on-site team leaders based at client sites in Denmark.

Therefore, your job responsibilities will among others include:

• Developing the PSS business unit in Denmark which includes attracting new clients.
• Working with local Danish colleagues and clients, but also be a part of the European PSS Leadership Team and contribute to the overall PSS service throughout Europe. Therefore, there will be around 30 days of travel pr. year.
• Ensuring that the client gets the best possible service by continually reviewing best practice in relation to both commercial and quality areas and ensuring 100% ethical work standards and GMP compliance.
• Management of the PSS teams which for example includes recruitment, development, performance and motivation of team members, at all levels, through effective teambuilding and use of reward and recognition systems celebrating team success.

It is not important to us, whether you are newly educated or have a couple of years of experience. We value that you have a drive, a commercial business sense, people skills and are eager to learn.   

Professional Qualifications

• A degree or diploma within business administration, pharma, HR, finance, engineering, science or similar 
• A general understanding of business processes
• Leadership skills is an advantage
• Knowledge of processes within the pharmaceutical industry is an advantage
• An understanding of requirements for working in a GMP environment is a plus

Personal Qualifications

• You have a drive and are ready to work hard in order to learn and achieve results
• You show empathy and have the ability to communicate clearly and to form strong working relationships with colleagues and clients
• You are organized and passionate about quality and customer service
• You take initiative and are capable of developing solutions to problems as part of a team
• You speak and write fluent Danish and English
